The Dockside Fisheries Team

Humble Beginnings and Hard Work

Our family began with our fishing company Four Brothers and has expanded into Dockside Fisheries. We enjoy fishing and thought it would be great to supply our fish to local restaurants. Our company began in 2010 and has been run by the love and support of Our Family. From the oldest being 79 years of age, right down to the youngest who is 15. We started at local Farmers Markets around Windsor- Essex county, from there we now supply restaurants with fresh fish and local produce. Our supply of fish started with the basics, Lake Erie Perch and Pickerel, and has grown to bringing in Fresh Trout from Georgian Bay and our Smoked Trout and imported ocean sea foods and of our course Josie's Premium Seafood Salad!
